Fruit Tacos

These tangy fruit tacos are a unique and delicious dessert idea for your family or for a dinner party. And, they are lowfat and nutritious to boot!


  5 cups assorted whole chopped or sliced fresh fruit (apples, bananas, seedless grapes and/or strawberries)

  1 ORTEGA┬« White or Yellow Taco Shells (box of 12)

  2 Tbs orange juice

  8 oz lowfat strawberry yogurt

  1/2 cup toasted coconut (optional)

  1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)

COMBINE fruit and orange juice in large bowl.

FILL taco shells with fruit mixture. Top with yogurt, coconut and almonds.
